As mentioned in our General Terms and Conditions :

•        One full year parts and labour guarantee except mentioned.
•        Every products sold by LOISIRS ALTERNATIFS are guaranteed against defects, hidden or not for 2 years. 
•        Guarantee is expired in case of abusive use, modification, inappropriate use, normal break, corrosion or ageing.
•        For the guarantee to be applicable, it is mandatory to contact LOISIRS ALTERNATIFS for a diagnoses, and depending on the case return the product with a return voucher sent by Slack.fr. Invoice number of the purchase must be written on the parcel. 
•        Gear repaired or exchanges are return at the costs of LOISIRS ALTERNATIFS in Metropolitan France and Corsica. 
•        For any other destination, shipping will be at your cost.
