1. Customer's acceptance  

 

The confirmation of the order made through this Site leads to the definitive conclusion of the contract and implies the Customer's acceptance without reservation of all the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which they acknowledge having taken note of before confirming their purchase.

All others terms are not valid unless our written consent.

The employee, the co-worker, the spouse, quite member of the family or quite other person acting for our customer will represent him(it) and will be supposed to have the money order (mandate) required to engage(start) him(it) towards us.

Our terms are valid in and outside France unless other dispositions are valid (see .5 for EU customer’s protection Law)

 

2. PRICE

 

Our prices are constantly updated so as promotions. Payment has to be done after or during the order. Payments can be done using : credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, etc), bank wire, bank cheque or mandate-cash (public authority)

Prices on the order are irrevocable. Loisirs Alternatifs can at any moment modify prices without reasons. The irrevocable price is the one when the customer order on the website.

Wire/Bank Transfer

The buyer transfers the total amount in advance to our bank account via "normal" bank transfer.

Caution! For bank transfers from outside the European-Union most banks will charge transfer fees and sometimes currency conversion fees! Please note, that you, as the customer, must take all these fees on your account when using bank transfer method.

 

Please check the option "all fees to payers account" when issuing your payment! This will ensure, that the full total amount of your order will arrive on our account, else your payment will be incomplete and you will need to transfer again. For bank transfers from within the EU the banks charge no fees - please choose "SEPA Payment" in this case.

Usual bank transfer payment periods: EU payments (SEPA) usually take 2-3 days to arrive on our account. Non-EU payments may take up to 5 days to be credited on our account.

Upon arrival of your payment you will receive an email confirmation from our system. Shortly afterwards your order will be handed over to our warehouse for packing.

ALL ORDERS MUST BE PAID BEFORE SHIPPING

 

4. PAYMENTS DEFAULT

Dunning email will be sent once at least. If you don’t answer your order will be cancelled without any compensation for the customer. If he’s willing to order, he will have to do a new one.

 

5. SOLIDARITY

If one customer does the order for another one, the two are jointly and severally liable to the order’s payment and also liable to the General Terms and Conditions.

Pictures may differ from actual products. Prices, descriptions, colors of our products are subjects to change.

Our products comply with the French law. Our responsibility shall not be engaged in case of no respect of others countries. It is the client’s responsibility to check that his order (products) are ok towards his local laws.

 

7. RESPONSIBILITY

Loisirs Alternatifs SARL can be responsible for any damages (physical, material, immaterial) resulting from a mis-use from the products

Loisirs Alternatifs SARL will not be responsible for any damages if the following elements are not respected:

-          Read first the user’s manual

-          Respect the limitations – forces and tension.

-          Practice above a safe and smooth surface – for example grass.

-          Installation must be far away from any electric, telephonic, or others cables

-          Don’t practice around houses, roads, bike’s lane, cliffs,

-          Don’t practice above people

-          Don’t practice above one meter high

-          Don’t practice close to airports, electrical installations

-          Always check the weather forecast, don’t practice if there are chances of thunderstorms, strong winds or very bad weather.

 

8. CUSTOMER’S SERVICE

All warranty service - first year on parts and labor last at least one year.

All products sale by Loisirs Alternatifs Sarl have the warranty extend to manufacturing defects and failures for which the owner is responsible.

The warranty does not work when there was not: fair use, technical intervention on the product, misuse of the product, breaking, wear or in case of normal aging process.

 

9. WITHDRAWAL RIGHT:

You have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to return the product that does not suit you.
Please contact us by email.
Returns must be made in their original packaging, complete (accessories, instructions...), in perfect condition, accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled by the customer are not accepted. In particular, we never take back a kit that has been used even once.

The shipping costs and risks of return remain the responsibility of the buyer.
We therefore advise you to insure your shipments to the value of your invoice.

In the case of an exchange, the return of the new product/package is the responsibility of the customer.

Any return accepted by our customer service will lead to the constitution of a credit note or a refund within fourteen days (at the request of the buyer) to the benefit of the buyer after qualitative verification of the returned products.

10. DELIVERY TERMS

Delivery time include preparation of the order.

Your order and the delivery time may be delayed due to an excessive amount of order. We offer several services for delivery: colissimo, Dachser for example.
