We make every effort to guarantee the lowest possible shipping cost. Shipping costs are calculated during the validation of the order because they vary according to the weight of your order.

We do not make a margin on shipping costs.

We ship orders after receipt of your payment. We send you an email notification when the order is being prepared and when it has been shipped. Check your spam if it was going to be late.

Packaging:

Your orders are sent in recycled boxes. The goal is to clearly make a minimum of waste. There are so many almost new boxes that are thrown away that we try to recover a maximum of them to send our packages!
But of course, we always make sure that your products are well protected and that your order arrives complete and intact :-)

Shipping to foreign countries is handled by :

- La Poste Colissimo
= shipping on Monday and Thursday.

- Europe : 6 to 10 days from order confirmation (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and non-working days).

- Rest of the world : 10 to 30 days from order confirmation (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and non-working days).

For example, Europe :
- You order is placed on Monday before 10:00 am, your package will be deposited for delivery the same day, and should arrive at your home between Wednesday and Friday of the next week.
- You order is placed on Tuesday, your package will be deposited for delivery on Thursday, and should arrive at your home between Thursday and Friday of the next week.

For oversized or special packages, you will be contacted directly for tracking.

You can pick up your order at our warehouse in "Saint Jorioz" (74410) after contacting us by mail (info@easy-slackline.fr) or phone. (0033 767 148 718).

This is not a shop. We are not open every day at fixed hours. So call us before coming ;-)

Christmas period, Black Friday, etc. :

For periods that are a little more tense in terms of delivery, because of the volume of packages handled by Colissimo and other carriers, we try to reduce the delays by making more regular shipments so that we can deliver you faster by a day or two.

Each time, you will automatically receive an email informing you of the progress of your order (confirmation, in preparation, in delivery, delivered).
