Now you can tighten fast and easily slacklines over a length of 35m
A must have for beginners and do your firsts steps. The tensioning system is very easy to use and efficient.
Sold with a pair of spacers to center thin webbings (2,5cm/1inch) into the ratchet cylinder. You can use the ratchet with :

  • 5cm wide slackline webbing without spacers
  • 2,5cm wide slackline webbing WITH spacers

Technical specifications

  • Ergonomic handle - high quality
    Easy and very comfy to grip. This is not the classic ratchet for trucks !
  • Cylinder width : 54mm (the best for 5cm webbing) - Spacers are included to fit with 2,5cm wide slackline webbing.
  • Working Load Limit (WLL) : 10 kN
  • Minimum Breaking Strength (MBS) : 50 kN
  • Weight : 990g

 - Screw with cross-headed screwdriver (not included)
 - Carefully place the beveled faces inside (see picture below)

  • Sold with - in option : 

> One 2,5m long Classic sling for a set up using a girth hitch

> One 20cm small sling for a set up with one sling and one carabiner

  • You only need one ratchet to set up 25m, but you will not be able to exceed this length. See Click 15 and 25 m Kits.
  • You will need 2 ratchets to tighten 35m - one ratchet on each entail of the slackline. See Click 35m Kit
  • Always put the ratchet handle face down. To avoid any twist or tremble on the line.
  • Pay attention to the cylinder, do not block it with too much webbing when you tighten. Around 6 rounds max.

Incompatibilities : 

  • Don't tighten it on urban furnitures (bench, lamp, handrail)
  • No Jumpline, Freestyle or Trickline. You want to practice it, look out for Freestyle equipment.

Slacklining and particularly Highlining are sports having no legal framework or norms concerning the gear or the setup.

Consequently we cannot warranty our gear for Highlining.
Our products are tested by independent labs (Apave) and inside of our company via a process evolving with practice.

The results of those tests have no legal values, they aim to ensure the safety and comfort of using our equipment.

It is the responsibility of the slackliner to choose the right gear with adequate resistance and to have the necessary experience to adapt his installation to his practice.

Generalities

  • Don't rig your slackline accross a path,a road or any crossing
  • Don't rig your slackline higher than 2m
  • Ride on a grassy or soft ground, without roots or rocks
  • Always backup your setup
  • Never use ratchets for highlining
  • Never use urban furniture as anchor point
