Kit Primitiv 50m In stock

Longlining up to 50m with a light set up thanks to the our Primitiv system with multiplier !

Which webbing should i choose with this kit ?
RVD and REGGAE are bouncy, comfy and give you the same amount of elasticity on the complete length.
- The SLODKI is a flat webbing with soft edges, very easy to tighten and ultra comfy too.
- The MOONWALK for her ultra light weight (0,75 Kg less on the total weight), her low volume (-1,5L) and her low stretch which ease the tension.

15m easy, 25m done, 35m ok ! Next challenge 50m !

50m is real longlining, serious stuff ! But still with a light and compact kit : 4,7 Kg and 16 L (volume)

Always convenient to carry in a backpack, he even gets lighter with the new "Multi" sling which avoid now the use of a rigging plate and a carabiner !

What is the Primitiv System ?

Don't worry if you don't know how to perform this installation !
Set it up 2 or 3 times and you will become the chief of Primitiv.
The Video Set Up and the user guide are also there to help you.
You will find them in the "Documentation" section (see below) and in your order.

The system consist in the use of the slackline itself and carabiners to tighten it. It's way lighter than a kit with a ratchet system. Once you know the trick, it is very fast and easy to rig.

To sum up, it means that you will have to pass and roll the webbing through the carabiners 2/3 times to tighten it. You will need 10/15 minutes the firsts times but then it will become a routine. No more than 5 minutes.

What webbing should i choose ?

We are currently offering tubular and flat webbing with this kit. Made in France.

What are the differences ?

  • RVD and REGGAE are bouncy, comfy and give you the same amount of elasticity on the complete length even on a short distance.
  • The SLODKI is a flat webbing with soft edges, very easy to tighten and ultra comfy too.
  • The MOONWALK is a flat webbing, adopt it because of her ultra light weight (-1,05 Kg on the kit), because it will save some space (-2 L on the total volume) and last but not least because she's very easy to tighten (low stretch webbing)

Using advices :

  • If you practice over 35m in length, set up your slackline above your shoulders.
  • A maximum of 2 persons can tighten the slackline at the same time.
  • This kit can be used up to a maximum length of 45m. The primitiv system use a bit a the slackline for the tension (See Video Set Up and User Guide in the "Documentation" Section.
  • You are not able to tighten longer with this system. Go for a pulley kit like the Sky01 if you want to slack on more than 50m
  • The kit can stay in place for a day or two, but it's better to derig it after use.
  • Always store your kit, dry and clean, protected from the moisture (like all textiles) and heat sources.

Incompatibilities :

  • Don't tighten it on urban furnitures (bench, lamp, handrail)
  • No Jumpline/Trickline. For Freestyle look out for the Andy Lewis Kit.

Consequently we cannot warranty our gear for Highlining.
Our products are tested by independent labs (Apave) and inside of our company via a process evolving with practice.

The results of those tests have no legal values, they aim to ensure the safety and comfort of using our equipment.

It is the responsibility of the slackliner to choose the right gear with adequate resistance and to have the necessary experience to adapt his installation to his practice.

  • Don't rig your slackline across a path,a road or any crossing
  • Don't rig your slackline higher than 2m
  • Ride on a grassy or soft ground, without roots or rocks
  • Always backup your setup
